Fokus is a local Montreal annual film festival run by Student Television at Mcgill (TVM) since 2006. The festival had since been limited to students at McGill but has opened its doors to all within the Montreal film community since 2023!
FOKUS is an opportunity for Montreal filmmakers to showcase and celebrate their work, either through general submissions or by participating in our 72-Hour Filmmaking Contest. Select films will be screened and judged by a panel of professionals!
The festival is comprised of a screening and an award ceremony held annually at Cinema du Parc, located at 3575 Park Ave, Montreal, Quebec H2X 3P9, followed by an afterparty.
